Why it is separate
Contact lenses sit directly on your eye, so the prescription and the fit are different from glasses. A contact lens exam measures the shape of your eye, checks the health of the cornea and tear film, and makes sure the lenses are safe and comfortable for all-day wear.
Getting the fit right is what prevents dryness, irritation, and problems down the road. It is worth doing properly.

You try lenses and we confirm the fit and vision before finalizing, so you leave confident in your choice.
First time in contacts? We teach you how to insert, remove, and care for your lenses, at your pace.
Daily disposables, monthly lenses, multifocals for reading, and toric lenses for astigmatism. We match the lens to your eyes and lifestyle.

Many children do well in contact lenses, and for nearsighted kids, specially designed soft lenses can be part of a myopia control plan that helps slow how fast their prescription increases.
New to the clinic? It is easy to combine your contact lens fitting with a comprehensive eye exam. We direct bill most insurance plans and explain the fitting fee clearly first.
